Hybrid Improvement Sprint

Best for: moving from diagnosis to structured action with expert guidance.
- Online discovery and evidence review
- One school visit with two consecutive on-site consultancy days
- Prioritised improvement plan
- Two online leadership or staff workshops of up to 2.5 hours each
- Two online implementation meetings across six weeks
Your team: a lead consultant on site, with remote input from one relevant specialist—for example quality assurance, leadership, curriculum, inclusion/SEND or organisational development.
Support: two scheduled online check-ins and reasonable email support throughout the six-week engagement.
Strategic Partnership

Best for: sustained, multi-strand improvement over two school terms.
- Online strategic diagnostic and evidence review
- Two school visits, each comprising two consecutive on-site consultancy days
- Strategic implementation roadmap
- Six 45-minute online coaching sessions, available to up to three SLT members
- Four online progress meetings and an impact report at the end of each term
Your team: a dedicated programme lead on site, with remote contributions from up to three specialists selected for the school’s priorities.
Support: priority scheduling, four online progress meetings and email support with a two-business-day target response.
